Ep 17. Boss Ladies & Babies w/Megan Gillespie
In this episode we talk all about growing a business while raising babies. Megan Gillespie shares her journey, insight on scaling a business through the seasons of motherhood, and effective time management strategies for mom entrepreneurs. She also shares her perspective on whether or not moms have to play by a different set of rules in business.
About Megan
Megan is a dedicated and hard-working wife, mama of 2 (plus 2 fur babies), and loves everything that comes along with the Boss Mom life! She truly believes that you can do it all... you just have to figure out what "all" means for YOU... not to anyone else... And it is her life's work to help people do just that. She is a Mentor for Mom Business Owners, a Realtor in WA state, the Founder & CEO of Boss Ladies and Babies, and published author.
Megan has built her career on the idea of "Keeping It Real" and her work has transitioned Boss Ladies and Babies from a crazy "idea" to a safe space for women to come together and grow! She's created resources, community, and support systems to help you feel like you aren't in this thing alone!
Relaxing is not one of her skills, but when she's not mommin' or working, she loves running, writing rap songs, or binge-watching horrible reality TV.
